Happy Halloween

Jumping onto dA quickly to post this --

It's a bit of a mess (the colours and lines and terrible perspective), I know. |||OTL But at least it's on time! ... Almost. Ffff my time zone

In case it isn't clear (which it isn't, frankly |D), they're meant to sneaking up on their bosses' conference. (America's giving the good ol' countdown). Also, randomly, the file name for this was actually 'Hetalloween' - but I felt too lame to put that as the title. XD

In any case. I shall now crawl back under my rock to study. Dammit, exams. Sorry about my message backlog again too orz, I will get round to it! When... I can...

Edit: Oh, wow, I only found the pic with England, America and France's official Halloween designs after I finished this pic. orz I'm so glad Himaruya did draw them! I swear he didn't post it anywhere on his blog though, I searched it up and down. I've found it on the Kitayume site now, but it's kinda late to change this picture... so, uh, yeah... forgive me please?
